3.1 Fanbox provides creators with the ability to create submission pages where fans can submit messages. The creator can then reply to their fans via our dashboard, and the messages will be sent on our behalf using our email service to inform the fan of the creator's response.

4.2 Fans must provide accurate and up-to-date information when submitting messages to creators.
